The Product team manages the ongoing development and direction of our products, working closely with stakeholders across the Company to build solutions to fit the needs of our customers. Team members in Product come from a variety of backgrounds, generally with skills in actuarial science, data science, statistical analysis, and/or business management.

Conducts cross-functional analysis of company processes to provide insight and solution for operational efficiency and business decisions.

Mechanical Protection
Our Mechanical Protection (MP) team provides service to customers in need of auto repairs covered by their extended warranty.
Customer Support Representative
Provides support to policy holders in inbound call center.
MP Specialist
Accurately reconciles month end data and responds to commission related inquiries.
Claims Specialist
Investigates, evaluates, negotiates and settle vehicle mechanical repair claims under various coverage forms.
Underwriting Specialist
Reviews, processes, and make recommendations on MP coverage for business applications.
Auditor
Audits claim authorizations on behalf of management to review effectiveness.
MP Supervisor
Oversees daily operations of department and resolves escalated customer concerns.
